Covid-19 and other health related safety
-If you feel unwell or have symptoms, please contact me to reschedule your appointment when you feel better. This will allow you to get better, reduce risk of infection and any other potential complications. As well as reduce the risk of transferring any illnesses to others.
Payment methods
Payment will be completed in clinic. All treatments are non-refundable, as they are elective medical procedures. Your card will be held on file, to secure your appointment. It will not be charged until treatment is completed, at the full cost of treatment as discussed with your practitioner. If you cancel or reschedule later than the required cancellation period, or if you do not show up to your appointment, your card will be charged with the cancellation fee.
Booking Fee
Upon booking, you will be required to pay a booking fee of $80 to secure your appointment. Should you receive any treatments on the day of your consultation, this fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatments. Should you not receive any treatments on the day, the $80 is retained by the clinic for time spent during your consultation and is non-refundable
Cancellation Policy and No-Shows
Upon booking, you will be required to pay a booking fee of $80 to secure your appointment. We require 48 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling of appointments. Should you cancel or reschedule within less than this time frame or you fail to attend your appointment, the $80 is retained by the clinic and is non-refundable
Refunds
This treatment is an elective medical procedure. Services are not available for refunds
Completion of a Valid Script
The procedures being performed are elective and are completed by a Registered Nurse. A valid script and authority must be completed by a Doctor. This is done in the clinic, via an electronic order and FaceTime consultation. Scripts are valid for 12 months if there are no changes to the prescribed treatment. Treatment will not be completed without the completion of this.
Right to Refuse Treatment
The practitioner has the right to refuse any treatment requested if – the treatment is deemed inappropriate; if the practitioner feels that the treatment may cause harm to the patients’ health or appearance; if the results cannot be obtained; if the patient does not meet the criteria for treatment; if the patient is aggressive, threatening or abusive to the practitioner in any way
